For adrenaline junkies with a sense of taste. The medium-dark roast made from Arabica (Sidamo) and Robusta beans is dedicated to the English rocker subculture of the 1960s. With their Café Racers, the rockers conquered England's streets, much to the displeasure of the establishment. The motorbikes were named after the cafés in the suburbs, which served as the starting point for the illegal street races. The aim was to break the respective speed record for a certain distance there and back. The racing machines of the Tourist Trophy on the Isle of Man were used as models: low machines with stub axle cores were modified so that speeds of over 100 mph (= the ton, approx. 160 km/h) could be achieved. Fast was not fast enough. Today, cool is not cool enough.

The coffee from Motoriker Coffee is roasted in Winterthur in a small, fine roastery, with heart and soul and exclusively on the world-famous shop roasters from the PROBAT company. The roasting is done according to the traditional long-term roasting method. This guarantees an exceptionally high quality. The beans are organically grown and come from fair trade.
